فیلم ششم : فاصله‌ی دلار تا دارو

افزایش قیمت دلار فقط بالا رفتن یک عدد روی تابلوی صرافی نیست.

پشت هر افزایش، زنجیره‌ای از گرانی و تورم شکل می‌گیرد؛
از قیمت غذا و اجاره‌خانه گرفته تا درمان و دارو.

اما گاهی این گرانی فقط سفره‌ای را کوچک‌تر نمی‌کند؛
ممکن است فاصله‌ی یک انسان با مرگ را کوتاه‌تر کند.

این فیلم، داستان پدری است که برای نجات فرزندش به دنبال دارویی می‌گردد که هر روز گران‌تر و دست‌نیافتنی‌تر می‌شود.

و در میان تمام این اعداد،
یک دختر کوچک فقط یک چیز می‌خواهد:

A rising dollar is not simply a number going up on a currency exchange board.

Behind every increase lies a chain of rising prices and inflation—
from the cost of food and rent to healthcare and medicine.

But sometimes, rising prices do more than put a smaller meal on the table;
they can bring a human life closer to death.

This film tells the story of a father searching for the medicine that could save his child—a medicine that becomes more expensive and more out of reach with each passing day.

And in the midst of all these numbers,
a little girl wants only one thing:

“Dad… will you bring my medicine?”
